Returns & Exchanges
Returns are easy at The Glass Baby Bottle.
We guarantee your satisfaction with everything we sell. If for some reason you are not satisfied with something you have purchased from us simply return it within 30-days of purchase (see details below for furniture returns).
All returned items must be in its original unopened packaging. We cannot accept returns of used merchandise.
We will refund or exchange the product, at your discretion. Be sure to include the order number and/or the packing slip with your return (so we know who to provide credit to). We also recommend insuring the package and making sure it is well padded, especially if returning glass items. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on exchanges as free shipping rules do not apply.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges except in the case of manufacturer defect. We do not charge restocking fees except on furniture (see below). No RMA number required. (Note: We do not accept C.O.D.'s). In cases of a manufacturer defect, please call us at 307-224-4992 and we will be happy to assist you.
In the event of having to return furniture items in perfect condition a 35% restocking fee will be applied. You will be responsible for all shipping charges of the product to your destination and the charges of returning the furniture back to us. Please inspect all furniture items carefully when they arrive for any visible damage on the package. If the package arrives to you in a damaged condition, please refuse the package stating that it is damaged. The package will then be returned to us or the manufacturer. Once a product has shipped from us or from one of our manufacturers we will be unable to stop the shipment, and you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
