Shipping (Continental US)
We ship most packages via UPS. Please be sure to provide a physical shipping address. Orders placed by 6 pm EST (3 pm PST) normally ship the same business day.
Free UPS Ground shipping on orders of $75 or more (Continental US only). Ship any order by UPS Ground (continental US only) for a flat rate of $6.75. Restrictions apply. See our free shipping page for full details.
UPS Ground Shipping Times: 2 - 6 business days, depending on where in the country you are located (we ship from Sedona, Arizona).

Shipping to Hawaii & Alaska Choose from UPS 2nd Day and Next Day Air. UPS does not offer UPS Ground to these states.
Shipping to Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands
Packages to these destinations are shipped USPS Priority Mail.
International Shipping
Shipping and billing addresses must match for all international orders unless prior arrangements have been made.
Tariffs
Possible tariffs and duties are not included in shipping costs. Depending on the laws of the country you are shipping to, you may be responsible for paying these fees when your shipment arrives.
Insurance
Please note that our least expensive shipping method, USPS First Class International, cannot be insured. If you choose USPS First Class International as your shipping method The Glass Baby Bottle is not in any way responsible for lost or damaged packages. Insurance is included for Priority Mail International (recommended).
International Returns
Please be advised: we cannot accept returns on international orders.
Additional Information
Typical overseas charges for a small package start around US$30 and will increase depending on the weight of your package. On small orders, items can often be added without incurring additional shipping charges.
On rare occasions adjustments to shipping charges may be required. Should this occur we will contact you by email or phone. Your credit card will not be charged without your authorization.
Returns
TheGlassBabyBottle.com guarantees your satisfaction with everything we sell. If for some reason you are not satisfied with something you have purchased from us simply return it within 30-days of purchase (see details below for furniture returns). All returned items must be in its original unopened packaging. We cannot accept returns of used merchandise. We will refund or exchange the product, at your discretion. Be sure to include the order number and/or the packing slip with your return. Also be sure to insure the package and make sure it is well padded (if returning glass items). Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We do not charge restocking fees. No RMA number required. (Note: We do not accept C.O.D.'s). In cases of a manufacturer defect, please call us toll free at 800-.285-.9836 and we will be happy to assist you.
Furniture returns: In the event of having to return furniture items in perfect condition a 35% restocking fee will be applied. You will be responsible for all shipping charges of the product to your destination and the charges of returning the furniture back to us. Please inspect all furniture items carefully when they arrive for any visible damage on the package. If the package arrives to you in a damaged condition, please refuse the package stating that it is damaged. The package will then be returned to us or the manufacturer. Once a product has shipped from us or from one of our manufacturers we will be unable to stop the shipment, and you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

Out-of-Stock Items & Backorders
We make every effort to assure all products for sale on our site are in stock. However, should something be out of stock/understocked we will contact you by phone or email to see if you would like to backorder the item(s), order only what we have on hand or simply cancel your order. Your credit card will not be charged until the items you decide to order have been shipped.
