We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return the item in its orignal packaging and in good condition and we'll replace, exchange or credit your account for the item.

We make every effort to assure all products for sale on our site are in stock. However, should something be out of stock/understocked we will contact you by phone or email to see if you would like to backorder the item(s), order only what we have on hand or simply cancel your order. Your credit card will not be charged until the items you decide to order have been shipped.
Normal customer service hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm Mountain Standard Time (although we often can be reached in our office at odd hours and some weekends). Closed holidays.
