GroVia :: Live Hybrid Cloth Diaper Package

The GroVia Live package is the perfect package for your full time cloth diapering needs. The GroVia Diapering system is completely interchangable, and works great with either the Organic Cotton Soaker Pads or the Bio-soaker Pad (sold separately).

The GroVia Live Package Includes:

  • Qty 12 - GroVia Diaper Shells (you can choose from any style and closure)
  • Qty 24 - Organic Cotton Soaker Pads (12 packs of 2)
  • Qty 4 - Organic Cotton Booster Pads (added protection for night time or long trips) (2 packs of 2)

How does the GroVia System Work:GroVia is designed so that the outer shells may be used for multiple diaper changes. If the soaker pad is wet, simply snap in a fresh one and you are ready to go. If the shell is wet, allow it to air dry and use for the next diaper change. When your GroVia Shell is soiled or very saturated, start fresh with a new GroVia Shell. Most GroVia System users will find that using 2-4 GroVia Shells are enough per day, although newborn babies may need more.

How does the One-Size GroVia Feature Work: GroVia will fit MOST babies from 8-35 lbs. The GroVia Shell features three sets of rise snaps that adjust to fit your baby. Next insert a Organic Cotton Soaker Pad into the diaper (you can also insert a Bio-Soaker Pad (disposable option), sold separately from this package. Below are examples of how to change the diaper size to fit your babies needs.

  • 1st :: Newborn/Small Infant Setting: Snap your GroVia Shell rise snaps on the lowest setting. Snap your soaker pad into the shell and simply flip the front of the soaker pad in towards baby. Fastened diaper on baby.
  • 2nd :: Infant Setting: Snap your GroVia Shell rise snaps on the middle setting. Snap your soaker pad into the shell. Tuck the front of your soaker pad down, while pulling the front panel up and fasten on baby.
  • 3rd :: Toddler Setting: Leave your GroVia Shell rise snaps unsnapped. Snap your soaker pad into the shell and fasten on baby

GroVia Sizing

On Laundry Days: * Your GroVia Diaper Shell can be washed on warm with ½ the recommend amount of detergent * A second rinse will leave your diaper squeaky clean * While your GroVia Shells can be tumbled dry, we HIGHLY recommend line drying your shells. They will dry in less than two hours and will stay nice longer **Avoid using whiteners, bleach, vinegar, enzyme cleaners and fabric softeners which are not your diaper’s friends and will void all warranties.

5 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 5 I LOVE GROVIA DIAPERS!, 11.12.2011
Reviewer: Athalea (Centreville, VA)

My daughter is 6 months old and we have been using cloth diapers for just over two months. Because we were using disposable diapers for almost 4 months I thought I would have a hard time transitioning over to cloth. I was REALLY wrong. It was REALLY easy! I actually think the GroVia diapers are more absorbent than the paper diapers we had been using (I found Seventh Generation to be the best out there and I tried them ALL). I will admit that I am still using the Seventh Generation paper diapers on occasion...if we are going to be out all day or traveling it seems much lighter to travel with paper diapers. They also take up less room in the diaper bag. However, I don't feel like it is any easier than the GroVia diapers, since the Grovia system is so user friendly. Just snap a liner in and go. There really isn't much else to say, because it is just so simple. My "musts" for making cloth diapering a little easier? A nice supply of wet bags , a good container in the nursery for soiled cloth diapers, the sprayer that attaches to the toilet, and Rockin' Green detergent (love that stuff!). Overall I find our purchase of the Grovia diapers (I have 22)well worth the investment. They will pay for themselves many times over by the time our daughter stops using them. And if we have a second the total savings will be amazing! My only dislike is that the velcro is a pain in the washer and dryer....I wish I had bought all snapping covers.
